I offer clinical/professional supervision one-to-one and with small groups. Supervision can be for trainee or qualified therapists or for your own supervision work. But it can also be those working in helping professions (e.g. healthcare, public services, education, personal training, coaching, any profession where you are helping others).

Supervision should be an open, safe, supportive and creative space. It is a space for us to think about your clients; to unpick what is happening for them and to think about how to get the best for them. But it is also a space to think about you; how you are, how life is impacting your work and how work is impacting your life.

I work in an integrative way which helps to support different theoretical backgrounds and other professionals to think about their client work.

Business Support

I also offer space to focus on setting up, running and expanding your practice/business. I have been running SB Counselling for almost 10 years now and my practice is consistently fully booked. I can help with website design/content, marketing and communications, as well as thinking about career progression.

For counsellors accreditation support is included.

Professional Supervision

About Me

Suzie Booth MSc. MBACP (accred).

Hi, I'm Suzie. I'm a qualified counsellor, couple's therapist and clinical supervisor working in Horsham. I have a Master's degree (MSc.) in Integrative Therapy and Bachelor's degree (Bsc.) in Psychology & Philosophy. I have trained further and earned a Certificate in Couple's Counselling and Diploma in Counselling Supervision. I have also undertaken training in facilitating groups.

I trained in an Integrative model of therapy (Petruska Clarkson's Relational Model), which means I have knowledge of the main theories (person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural) and I bring them together to create that relational way of working with both clients and supervisees. I also incorporate ideas of existential philosophy. I am accredited with the BACP and adhere to their ethical framework.
