Sessions
First we would have an initial consultation to discuss what has brought you to counselling and what would be the best way forward. Some people decide to have a few sessions while others choose to continue on an open-ended basis. This is something we would discuss in the first consultation. If we decide to proceed with counselling the sessions are once weekly and last 50 minutes.

Sessions can be face to face, online or by phone.
Fees
Individual sessions - £65 per session

Couples sessions - £80 per session
​
Supervision - £60 per hour (one-to-one), £80 per hour (groups)

I am registered with AXA, Aviva, Vitality, Cigna, WPA, Allianz and Health Assured insurance/EAP providers. Sessions are charged to health companies at £70 for individual sessions and £85 for couples due to additional admin needed.
