About Me
I’m Suzie Booth, a psychotherapist and couples therapist specialising in working with parents.
I created this workshop because I kept seeing the same thing again and again;
parents who care deeply, who are trying incredibly hard…
but who are overwhelmed, stretched thin, and quietly blaming themselves for it.
This is here to help you make sense of that, and feel a little less alone in it.
